Serve in an outward-facing, hands-on, and multi-faceted role combining project and engagement management, team leadership and material interaction with clients at both tactical and strategic levels.
Spend considerable time on client-facing engagements through all project phases (pursuit to delivery).
Manage projects, and conduct intensive data-analysis to implement impactful recommendations.
Revolve around overall practice development, the mentorship of Coachees (when assigned), and general project/organizational administrative tasks.

Requirements

6-10 years of experience with cloud implementations in a consulting role
2-4 years of experience as a functional lead or technical specialist
Minimum 5 years proven prior success in roles directly implementing Workday Adaptive Planning or Legacy Adaptive Insights
5-7 years’ experience in analyzing requirements, writing functional specifications, conducting tests, troubleshooting issues and interfacing with business users
Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to this position or equivalent work experience
Willingness to travel up to 50% as needed to work with client or other internal project teams
Holds active Workday Certification (Financials or Adaptive preferred)
