About the role
- Own project workstreams by structuring problems, prioritizing analyses, and delivering outputs
- Gather, analyze, and synthesize primary and secondary data for client insights
- Build and communicate client-ready materials, including presentations
- Collaborate with project teams to diagnose client challenges and provide recommendations
- Support firm growth through proposal development and mentoring
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of consulting experience in healthcare financial advisory
- Strong understanding of healthcare finance
- Experience in restructuring, turnaround, or performance improvement
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling capabilities
- Proficiency in healthcare accounting and financial reporting
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
