About the role
- Serve as a day-to-day client lead and oversee project teams
- Drive complex financial analyses from problem definition through executive-level recommendations
- Build trusted client relationships and mentor junior team members
- Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the practice.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience, including prior or current consulting experience in financial advisory roles serving healthcare provider clients
- Experience in restructuring, turnaround, performance improvement, or similarly rigorous advisory environments
- Strong understanding of healthcare provider finance, including capital planning and liquidity management
- Advanced financial analysis and modeling expertise, including three-statement modeling and strategic financial planning
- Proven experience preparing and reviewing client-ready deliverables including financial reporting and executive-level presentations
- Ability to lead engagements or major workstreams with strong project and client relationship management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
- Collaborative, team-oriented leader committed to developing junior professionals
- Self-directed and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
- Have or working toward one or more of the following certifications: CPA, CIRA, CTP, CFA, CDB
