About the role

  • support full-cycle recruiting efforts to attract top talent aligned with Huron’s evolving business needs
  • manage full-cycle recruiting: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination for candidates
  • partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements and align recruiting efforts
  • assist in drafting consistent, branded job descriptions to posting in various channels
  • use Workday and other tools to track candidates and maintain accurate records
  • support the development of job descriptions and interview guides
  • successfully manage sourcing campaigns to proactively identify, attract, and engage potential candidates
  • partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand their staffing needs and execute talent strategies
  • develop, document and measure recruiting and sourcing strategies for each client and/or assigned search
  • establish and foster collaborative working relationships with key clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • U.S. work authorization
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 5-7 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience within a corporate environment, professional services or executive search firm
  • 3+ years of experience recruiting Workday consultants across the Workday ecosystem, including cloud platform, implementation, HCM, Finance, etc.
  • Change agility and the ability to manage competing priorities
  • Exceptional organization, time management, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, ATS/CRM systems (preferably Workday ATS) and sourcing tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with immigration policies and mobility teams around candidate visa and sponsorship needs, ensuring compliance and clean communication across parties
