About the role
- Perform daily administration and support of Salesforce, including managing user setup, profiles, roles, creating business cases for updates of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations.
- Conduct data reviews, support data imports, and generate reports to track Salesforce performance.
- Troubleshoot Salesforce-related issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Assist in training users on Salesforce best practices, developing user guides, and maintaining documentation for system changes.
- Work with Sales, Marketing, IT, and Analytics teams to enhance Salesforce functionality and support business needs.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3+ years of Salesforce or CRM experience
- Proven experience in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data management and data quality best practices.
