- Healthcare Financial Advisory Services works with healthcare leaders on business and financial planning, interim management/strategy execution, business assessments & due diligence, restructuring & turnaround, executive/board advisory, CFO support, liquidity and working capital management, valuations, and FP&A assistance.
- Manager will lead engagements, build client relationships, manage project teams, and deliver results aligned with client goals.
- Manager will mentor junior staff, provide feedback and encouragement, and promote a collaborative culture.
- Role requires analytically rigorous, practical, entrepreneurial work driving performance improvement and sustainable growth for healthcare clients.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of total experience with prior or current experience in consulting with a focus on financial advisory with healthcare providers.
- Expertise in financial and capital planning within the healthcare provider industry.
- Analyze and evaluate financial statements (income statement, balance sheet and cash flow statement).
- Simplify and translate complicated corporate finance concepts and analyses into clear suggestions for senior management.
- Deep financial modeling and quantitative skills; ability to identify key operational performance drivers.
- Experience in valuation, pro-forma financial modeling, and discounted cash flow methodologies.
- Proficiency with cash flow forecasts, 3-statement modeling, financial reporting (monthly operating reports, statements & schedules), operational improvement and overhead analysis, and pitchbook preparation.
- Ability to lead engagements with strong project and client management skills; strategic thinking to help clients assess problems.
- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Finance or Economics.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Team-focused; supportive and accountable to colleagues.
- Self-motivated; ability to take initiative on assigned project components.
- Advanced skillset in Microsoft Office tools.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Candidates may live anywhere in the contiguous US.
- Preferred: MBA or advanced degree.
- Preferred: Have or working toward CPA, CIRA, CTP, CFA, CDB.
