About the role
- Lead delivery pods made up of AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and Analysts to deliver projects on time and with high quality.
- Partner with client stakeholders to clarify scope, gather requirements, and align priorities.
- Translate client objectives into technical deliverables and actionable user stories for the AI development team.
- Manage agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog management, and release readiness.
- Track milestones, risks, and dependencies, reporting delivery progress to leadership and clients.
- Coordinate testing, documentation, and handoff for production deployment.
- Promote consistency and efficiency by applying standard delivery frameworks and best practices across engagements.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience managing software or AI/ML projects, ideally in a consulting or client delivery setting
- Strong knowledge of agile delivery, backlog management, and release coordination
- Ability to communicate effectively with business and technical audiences
- Familiarity with AI solution development lifecycles is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; PMP or Agile certification is a plus
- Flexible living locations across US or Canada, ability to travel as needed.
