About the role
- Serve as a frontline resource for the sales organization, primarily the Channel Team addressing questions, resolving issues, and helping unblock challenges
- Support SDRs, AEs, CAMs, and SEs in achieving goals through operational guidance and cross-functional collaboration
- Own reseller/VAR account setup and maintenance in Salesforce (create VAR accounts, map reseller sub-accounts, validate data).
- Review and approve reseller quotes against Purchase Orders and ensure account/quote dates and billing entities are correct before pushing to billing systems.
- Partner with RevOps leadership to identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions
- Serve as the day-to-day operational contact for SalesOps requests (e.g., create VAR accounts on request channels) and respond to requests and ticketed issues in a timely manner.
- Document, maintain, and optimize sales operations workflows to ensure clarity, efficiency, and consistency
- Track and report partner transaction metrics, SLA adherence, and process exceptions; propose and implement process improvements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to help the sales team operate more effectively
- Assist with the implementation of tools and automation to streamline workflows and reduce manual effort
- Act as a liaison between Sales, Finance, Legal, GTM Systems, and Engineering to resolve issues and maintain smooth operations
- Support training initiatives for the sales organization on tools, processes, and best practices
- Ensure accurate data and operational processes are maintained across the sales organization
- Assist with sales technology implementations and enhancements
Requirements
- 2+ years in Sales Operations, RevOps, or a related commercial operations role supporting partner/reseller channels.
- Strong written and verbal communicator; comfortable partnering across Sales, Finance, and Engineering.
- Experience with Salesforce
