About the role
- Serve as the primary system administrator for the Pigment platform, managing user access, security, data integrations, and system performance
- Design, build, and maintain sophisticated, interconnected models in Pigment for financial planning (P&L, B/S, Cash Flow), headcount planning, sales capacity and quota planning, marketing spend allocation, and long-range forecasting
- Configure and manage data flows into Pigment from source systems such as data warehouse, CRM, HRIS, and General Ledger, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Develop intuitive and insightful dashboards, reports, and visualizations for executive leadership and department heads to track KPIs and support real-time decision-making
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Finance, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Product to gather requirements and deliver scalable solutions
- Identify opportunities to enhance planning processes, provide user training, create documentation, and promote best practices
- Provide ongoing support to business users, troubleshoot issues, and manage the release cycle for enhancements and updates to Pigment models
Requirements
- Hands-on experience designing, building, and administering business planning solutions in Pigment
- Proven expertise in multidimensional modeling, data integration, and dashboard creation within the Pigment platform
- Strong understanding of core FP&A concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and financial reporting
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business logic into a structured data model
- Experience in a high-growth environment, preferably within the SaaS or technology industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to partner effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels
- Bachelor''s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field

- Bonus: Experience with other EPM/BPM tools (e.g., Anaplan, Planful, Adaptive Insights)
- Bonus: Familiarity with systems like Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, and business intelligence tools
