About the role
- Manage a book of business that consists of several hundred partners and customers with the goal of maintaining and growing, along with minimising churn
- Work with partners to be a trusted advisor and deliver solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
- Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organisations
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals around partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction
- Help devise creative and valuable ways to engage with partners
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a partner-facing role, ideally in a sales or customer success
- Knowledge of the MSP space is a plus, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
- Experience in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
- Ability to deliver customer and partner engagement in a professional manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business
- Strong ability to execute customer success strategies and initiatives across all accounts
- Strong bias to action and ability to get things done efficiently and effectively
