Own onboarding and ramp programs for SDRs, AEs, and Account Managers in the Mid-Market segment.
Design and deliver role-based enablement, including messaging, discovery, sales plays, renewal/expansion motions, and deal execution skills.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Product, PMM, Strategic Enablement, Channel Enablement) to embed product and methodology training into Mid-Market sales motions.
Contribute to Sales Acceleration programming (new hire, Combat Ready, sustainment training) to align with revenue growth and AOP goals.
Manage and leverage sales enablement platforms (e.g., CRM, learning management systems, sales content management tools), including the implementation and optimization of AI-powered solutions to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency.
Monitor program adoption, collect feedback, and continuously improve role-based training.
Analyze sales performance data, identify trends, and deliver impact for enablement programs designed to improve performance metrics
Ensure Mid-Market sales leaders have a trusted partner to address enablement needs specific to their teams.
Requirements
5+ years in sales enablement, training, or sales leadership roles (preferably in SaaS, cybersecurity, or enterprise tech).
Experience designing and delivering role-based enablement for SDRs, AEs, and Account Managers.
