Senior RV/Marine Sales Representative

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop and maintain profitable, quality indirect lending relationships with RV & Marine dealers
- Responsibilities include dealer sales, service, and the training of dealership staff
- Builds business by identifying new opportunities and demonstrating value to Dealer customers
- Monitors competition and makes suggestions for product improvements
- Assists/trains less experienced employees.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum 2 years experience in prior Financial Services experience in Business to Business Sales (outside sales)
- High School diploma
- Minimum 2 years of Indirect Lending Sales Experience
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
- Local Dealer knowledge and relationships preferred
- Experience working with multiple dealership and dealer groups
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient at typing and completing Pre call sales plans and documenting in a CRM system
- Familiar with Industry reporting and metrics
