Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the management of onboarding of Commercial and Treasury Management customers
Directs the overall day to day activities and ensures timeliness and accuracy of onboardings
Takes personal ownership of complex or high visibility onboardings or issues
Strives to drive the teams to deepen relationships with customers and Huntington colleagues
Leads special projects as requested by Senior Leadership partners
Organizes workflow for designated group and/or projects
Responsible for the development, training and supervision of staff
Acts as a liaison with other departments and/or divisions
Provides directions in the establishment of new policies, procedures and technology
Monitors, analyzes and reports on the area productivity to senior management

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree
5+ years of Treasury Management experience
3+ years Treasury Management experience
3+ years of management experience, including coaching and talent development
3+ years of client services experience with Commercial clients
