Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree or 4+ additional years of equivalent experience
5+ years of ServiceNow platform engineering or related technical experience
Configuration and modification of the ServiceNow platform in ITSM, CSM, HR Service Delivery, etc.
Familiarity with User Experience Tools, Service Intelligence, and Service Experiences
Knowledge and experience working with Web Services, REST, JSONv2
