About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Engage business leaders across the CRB, Commercial, & Enterprise Payments segments to identify opportunities to improve software delivery
Lead a set of targeted work streams to prepare our organization to implement and scale AI use cases
Support the leaders of the organization who are driving AI and product transformation
Partner with business leaders, finance, and technology teams to shift from an initiative-based to product-based operating model for planning and delivery software
Work together with a range of cross-bank functions to determine staffing models and operating procedures in support of our product teams
Design enterprise-wide processes, including dependency management, intake, prioritization, roadmap planning, and standard cadence

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in strategy, management consulting, or FP&A role
5+ years operating in either product OR technology leadership
Bachelor's Degree
