About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Overseeing the onboarding, development, and engagement program for Commercial Services
- Leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve readiness, consistency, and execution
- Partnering and consulting with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs and resources
- Developing learning content using a variety of delivery methods including standard training, videos, and more
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of operations, technology, products, policies and procedures
- Facilitating meetings, programs, and workshops
- Developing and coordinating new colleague onboarding and maintaining access tools
- Analyzing performance trends to identify development offerings that strengthen capability and improve consistency across teams
- Establishing a cadence of role-based refreshers to ensure teams remain aligned to updated standards, procedures, and expectations
- Managing SharePoint pages and associated workflows for Commercial Services
- Developing and delivering change management programs around new initiatives
- Attending partner meetings to support training, development, and change management needs for initiatives
Requirements
What you’ll need- 1+ years of learning and development or project management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Results-focused, highly motivated and self-starter
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
- Attention to detail and ability to creatively find opportunities for improvement
- Proven ability to effectively interact with partners and executive leaders
- Ability to think critically under pressure and apply strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to influence team members (in a non-direct report environment)
- Critical-thinker able to identify themes and patterns and connect the dots for solutions or efficiencies
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through complex situations
- Strong technical skills including SharePoint, Power Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Cloud
