About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Overseeing the onboarding, development, and engagement program for Commercial Services
  • Leading high-impact, cross-functional initiatives that improve readiness, consistency, and execution
  • Partnering and consulting with stakeholders to identify training needs and develop appropriate programs and resources
  • Developing learning content using a variety of delivery methods including standard training, videos, and more
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of operations, technology, products, policies and procedures
  • Facilitating meetings, programs, and workshops
  • Developing and coordinating new colleague onboarding and maintaining access tools
  • Analyzing performance trends to identify development offerings that strengthen capability and improve consistency across teams

  • Managing SharePoint pages and associated workflows for Commercial Services
  • Developing and delivering change management programs around new initiatives
  • Attending partner meetings to support training, development, and change management needs for initiatives

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 1+ years of learning and development or project management experience
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Results-focused, highly motivated and self-starter
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Attention to detail and ability to creatively find opportunities for improvement
  • Proven ability to effectively interact with partners and executive leaders
  • Ability to think critically under pressure and apply strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to influence team members (in a non-direct report environment)
  • Critical-thinker able to identify themes and patterns and connect the dots for solutions or efficiencies
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity and navigate through complex situations
  • Strong technical skills including SharePoint, Power Apps, Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Cloud
