CRE Portfolio Manager III

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Owns primary responsibility for the credit and monitoring of Commercial portfolio risks.
- Responsible for underwriting quality, portfolio administration, and credit quality of assigned portfolio.
- Assist in optimizing customer relationships working directly with Relationship Managers.
- Manage delinquencies, collateral exceptions, borrowing base, portfolio reviews.
- Manage a portfolio of commercial customers in partnership with the relationship manager.
- Conduct portfolio reviews with senior management.
- Work with and mentor Credit Analysts.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, accounting or demonstrated knowledge and expertise
- 12+ yrs related experience in CRE
