Key responsibilities & impact

Perform inbound and outbound phone sales using multiple insurance carriers
Sell personal insurance products to individuals
Develop and maintain business relationships with internal and external referral sources
Meet goals for volume of quality new business quoted and written
Maintain up to date knowledge of products, services, technology and regulations
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

High School Diploma or equivalent
One year of work experience focused on Sales and/or customer service
A valid Property and Casualty Insurance license, or must obtain within 45 days of hire
Sales Experience with proven ability to achieve sales expectations
High energy and personable communication style
Ability to manage a high volume of customers
Experience working with complex products/processes
Computer experience and proficiency with Microsoft Suite, comparative rater and carrier sites.
