About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Monitor aspects of the Regional Bank Business Loan Portfolio
Develop business credit acumen through various monitoring tasks and training
Review and analyze Financial Statements/Spreads Borrowing Bases, Covenant compliance
Manage covenant/borrowing base violations as assigned
Work directly with Regional Bankers, Underwriting, Regional Credit Officers and Financial Recovery Group for Customer credit worthiness review and loan compliance
Perform other tasks as needed to support the line of business and job family

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree
Experience through an Internship in business or commercial related field
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Business/Data Analytics
Proficient use of Microsoft Office and other internet resources
Excellence in customer service, highly motivated, focused and goal oriented
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including grammar and demeanor
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail, planning and follow-up
Ability to work independently on multiple tasks without compromising quality
