About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide support via the creation, maintenance, and analysis of reporting
Communicate to all levels of Corporate Operations data analytics recommendations and related changes for process or reporting enhancements
Source data from various systems/platforms and create effective data analytics
Create effective reporting using a plethora of data sources, analysis, and visualization tools
Identify data improvement opportunities and solutions
Work independently, setting requirements, and prioritizing multiple assignments to meet quality standards and goals
Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Adhere to bank policies and procedures
Exemplify Huntington values every day
Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree
5 or more years of business analyst experience
2 or more year(s) of prior experience in data analytics, building reporting, recommending process improvements, and/or trend analytics
Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced databases, statistical functions, and methods
Prior experience with Access Database management
Prior experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep, or other data tools
Prior experience with VBA, VB Script, SQL, or other coding languages
Highly proficient knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
Effectively develop and deliver presentations at executive level
Capable of driving business outcomes via effective partnerships with colleagues across the enterprise
Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
Flexible, accurate, highly organized, and pays attention to detail
Proven teamwork and ability to collaborate with internal partners.
