Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide support via the creation, maintenance, and analysis of reporting
  • Communicate to all levels of Corporate Operations data analytics recommendations and related changes for process or reporting enhancements
  • Source data from various systems/platforms and create effective data analytics
  • Create effective reporting using a plethora of data sources, analysis, and visualization tools
  • Identify data improvement opportunities and solutions
  • Work independently, setting requirements, and prioritizing multiple assignments to meet quality standards and goals
  • Manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Adhere to bank policies and procedures

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5 or more years of business analyst experience
  • 2 or more year(s) of prior experience in data analytics, building reporting, recommending process improvements, and/or trend analytics
  • Strong database skills, including working with advanced data sets, pivot tables, advanced databases, statistical functions, and methods
  • Prior experience with Access Database management
  • Prior experience with Tableau and Tableau Prep, or other data tools
  • Prior experience with VBA, VB Script, SQL, or other coding languages
  • Highly proficient knowledge of MS Office applications with strong Access, Excel, and PowerPoint skills
  • Effectively develop and deliver presentations at executive level
  • Capable of driving business outcomes via effective partnerships with colleagues across the enterprise
  • Possess exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Flexible, accurate, highly organized, and pays attention to detail
  • Proven teamwork and ability to collaborate with internal partners.
