About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • On-board new Practice Finance customers and manage cross-sell opportunities
  • Establish long-term customer relationships to ensure quality control and provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Partner with and support a team of Practice Finance Business Development Officers
  • Assist with onboarding customers with sales from $0-25MM
  • Review onboarding process to ensure alignment with Simply the Best customer experience
  • Provide client service utilizing a relationship plan/model
  • Assist Practice Finance Business Development Officers with initial onboarding and partner introductions
  • Coordinate due diligence and document-gathering necessary for loan closure
  • Assist with forecasting and pipeline management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in financial services or credit environment
  • Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience in financial services or credit environment
  • Business Banking sales and product knowledge
  • Consultative selling and profiling experience
  • Proven organizational skills
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • General knowledge of Business Banking sales and product knowledge
  • Proven track record of working well in a team environment
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task
  • PC and internet proficiency
