Finance Loan Specialist

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- On-board new Practice Finance customers and manage cross-sell opportunities
- Establish long-term customer relationships to ensure quality control and provide an exceptional customer experience
- Partner with and support a team of Practice Finance Business Development Officers
- Assist with onboarding customers with sales from $0-25MM
- Review onboarding process to ensure alignment with Simply the Best customer experience
- Provide client service utilizing a relationship plan/model
- Assist Practice Finance Business Development Officers with initial onboarding and partner introductions
- Coordinate due diligence and document-gathering necessary for loan closure
- Assist with forecasting and pipeline management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or equivalent of an additional 2 years of sales in financial services or credit environment
- Minimum of 3 years of sales support experience in financial services or credit environment
- Business Banking sales and product knowledge
- Consultative selling and profiling experience
- Proven organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- General knowledge of Business Banking sales and product knowledge
- Proven track record of working well in a team environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task
- PC and internet proficiency
