Service Desk Analyst

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Provide outstanding service to colleagues
- Work individually and as a team to meet and exceed goals
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and technology
- Compile documentation necessary for fulfilling customer needs
- Document all notes required in appropriate systems
- Follow up with customers to ensure issue resolution
- Drive initiatives that improve the service desk
- Partner with internal support groups in providing the best service
Requirements
What you’ll need- Min 1 year of IT support, customer service and call center experience
- Associate's Degree (can be substituted with relevant work experience)
- Previous banking environment experience preferred
- Ability to demonstrate professional verbal communication skills
- Ability to quickly resolve complex customer problems
- Ability to professionally handle irate customers
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications
- A+ and Network+ certifications
- HDI certifications
