About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and implement the strategic direction for the Enterprise Payments ACH product group
Oversee internal oversight reviews and address corrective actions
Work closely with internal crossfunctional teams to manage product group through product life cycles
Maintain an understanding of Nacha rules and pertinent regulatory requirements
Formulate and implement marketing and communications programs
Identify and set priorities for product development/modifications, pricing, and product positioning
Maintain contact with clients and other bank personnel
Manage product group or geographic region's profitability and quality standards

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of product management experience
Bachelor's Degree
Master’s degree preferred
CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) or AAP (Accredited ACH Professional) designations
Experience with and a strong understanding of consumer lending, overdraft income management or credit risk
Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting)
Financial management experience and analytical capability to translate data into strategic plans
Experience in project planning and management, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Candid and concise communication skills
Excellent executive-level presentation skills
