About the role
- Maintains in-depth knowledge of one or more highly complex business processes and applications
- Analyzes existing processes and identifies technical or procedural improvements
- Recommends business practices to optimize use of business process/system(s)
- Responsible for coordinating the collection, analysis, and documentation of future business requirements
- Partners with IT resources to meet the organization’s needs
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in scope of experience
- 5 + yrs risk management experience or audit at a medium or large financial institution
- Process design or project management experience
- Analysis, development, and/or testing of applications experience
