Requirements

- Legal and regulatory landscape knowledge
- Leveraged deal underwriting and execution experience preferred
- Expertise in senior bank financing plus knowledge of other alternatives
- Solid analytical and judgment skills
- Ability to negotiate complex credit agreements
- CFA or MBA preferred
