About the role
- Evaluate effective controls and escalate as appropriate
- Direct self-monitoring and testing activities
- Evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of enterprise and regulatory controls
- Deliver timely escalation of all issues requiring attention to senior management
- Collaborate with audit/business segment/corporate risk to address issues
- Act as the central point for receipt and distribution of important risk information
- Ensure business segment adheres to corporate and business unit policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Audit, Compliance, Risk Management or Operational Risk
- Advanced knowledge of risk management principles and regulatory compliance requirements
- Strong organizational, analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Proficiency in MS Office suite
