About the role
- Develops and implements the strategic direction for a product group or geographic region
- Formulates and implements marketing and communications programs to promote products and services
- Identifies and sets priorities for product development and modifications
- Maintains contact with clients, sales professionals, marketing areas, product managers
- Manages product group’s profitability and quality standards
- May manage a diverse group of professionals and administrative staff
- Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 7+ years of product management experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Master’s degree (Preferred)
- Experience with consumer lending, overdraft income management or credit risk
- Proven analytical ability (data mining/manipulation, forecasting)
- Financial management experience to translate data into strategic plans
- Project planning and management experience
- Excellent skills with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Communication skills
- Excellent executive-level presentation skills
