About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own the successful planning, on-budget execution, timely completion, and closeout of telecommunications construction and deployment projects
Oversee all phases of multiple telecommunications projects, from inception through completion
Develop detailed project plans, monitor financials, update internal tracking systems, and provide regular updates on progress and budget status
Ensure comprehensive project documentation is maintained and distribute close-out materials to relevant parties promptly
Act as the primary liaison for all project stakeholders, maintaining regular and effective communications
Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, budgets, and quality; collaborate with stakeholders to resolve challenges

Requirements

What you’ll need

High school diploma or equivalent
2 or more years of fiber optic construction project management experience
Demonstrated experience meeting project deadlines
Experience managing large scale FTTH projects
Current working knowledge of Outside Plant architectures, including aerial, underground, and building applications
Experience utilizing project management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Monday, etc.
