About the role

  • Maintain operational status of Technical Control facilities
  • Manage Tech Control equipment including switches, encryption devices, network operation consoles, and circuits
  • Supervise tech control employees in efforts similar in size and scope to this contract
  • Provide technical direction for coordinating, restoring, and reporting functions
  • Operate and maintain Tier 2 Tech Control Helpdesk functions per DISAC 310-175-9
  • Communicate with highest levels of management (oral and written)
  • Handle incidents and service requests for changes, problems, configurations, and equipment requisitions

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT-related field or 5 years equivalent experience
  • 5+ years managing and operating cryptographic facilities
  • Registered Communications Distribution Designer (RCDD)
  • Active Top Secret Clearance, SCI Eligible
