Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical support to end users, distribution, and regional staff.
Serve as an essential link between corporate office and field regarding product issues.
Provides training to contractors, distributors, municipalities, consultants, and end-users on product features and servicing.
Travel to remote job sites for troubleshooting and installation of new product designs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate’s degree in irrigation and landscape design, or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years of experience in technical services in the landscape and irrigation design industry.
In-depth knowledge of irrigation practices, including turf management scheduling, sprinkler design, pumps, and central control systems.
Experience with WLAN and LAN networks.
Proficiency with landscape lighting systems.
Valid driver's license and driving record sufficient to meet requirements to be insured by company.
Ability to obtain a valid passport.
Fluent in Spanish and effective communication skills in English.
