About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Find content angles and prepare hooks and questions for weekly founder filming sessions
- Repurpose long-form videos, podcasts, and webinars into short-form content
- Write hooks, captions, and supporting copy
- Produce 4–6 new paid-campaign ad creative variants monthly with media buyers
- Create static organic and paid social content
- Repurpose successful ideas and develop new content variations
- Maintain an organised asset library with naming and version control
- Own the LinkedIn, Instagram, and Facebook content calendar and publishing schedule
- Write platform-appropriate copy in Co.Credit’s brand voice for a professional broker audience
- Grow reach and engagement within the Australian broking community
- Monitor and respond to comments and direct messages
- Escalate complaints and sensitive product, rate, or credit-term questions
- Plan, build, and send email campaigns and automated flows
- Manage email list hygiene, segmentation, and deliverability
- Run A/B tests and document learnings
- Improve email performance against B2B benchmarks
- Publish website content, update copy, and maintain campaign landing pages
- Ensure social and email content is supported on the website
- Build landing pages for products and ad campaigns
- Track weekly channel performance, including reach, engagement, audience growth, email metrics, and top-performing content
- Identify performance patterns and feed insights into the content process
- Work closely with founders to turn industry knowledge, ideas, conversations, and activities into content, engagement, leads, and customers
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, social media, or a similar role
- Strong understanding of social media content creation, particularly LinkedIn and professional/B2B platforms
- Excellent written English and ability to create clear, engaging, persuasive marketing copy
- Experience creating and repurposing short-form video from long-form material
- Experience managing social media content calendars and publishing schedules
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, campaign creation, segmentation, and automation
- Basic understanding of website content management systems and landing page creation
- Strong understanding of digital marketing metrics and ability to use data to improve content performance
- Creative mindset and understanding of engaging, shareable content
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple content projects
- Comfortable working directly with senior stakeholders or founders
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong time management and communication skills
- Willingness to work hours aligned with Australian Eastern Time
- Nice to have: B2B, professional services, fintech, lending, finance, or professional-industry experience
- Nice to have: Paid social advertising and ad creative variation experience
- Nice to have: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva, or similar video editing tools
- Nice to have: LinkedIn-focused content strategy and audience growth experience
- Nice to have: Marketing analytics, CRM, or marketing automation platform experience
