About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Plan and run the marketing calendar across multiple brands, including new brands as they launch
  • Publish and structure blog and service content on WordPress using Elementor
  • Manage on-page and technical SEO, including keyword research, page structure, internal linking, metadata and content optimisation
  • Shape founder-supplied and AI-generated content into polished, on-brand marketing assets
  • Manage organic social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest, including planning, scheduling and posting
  • Track performance and report on what is working, what to double down on and what to change
  • Bring proactive recommendations on channels, campaigns and quick wins as new brands come to market

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience, ideally with SMBs or trades and services businesses
  • Strong practical SEO experience, including content, on-page and technical SEO
  • Ability to research keywords, optimise content and track performance
  • Proficiency in WordPress and Elementor, including independently building, updating and optimising pages
  • Hands-on experience managing organic social media across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and Pinterest
  • Experience with Semrush, Ahrefs or DataForSEO, with ability to adapt to new platforms
  • Comfortable using AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow
  • Excellent written English with a strong eye for copy, structure and brand consistency
  • Proactive and self-directed, able to identify opportunities, recommend solutions and take ownership
  • Availability for meetings and collaboration during core AEST or PHT business hours
  • Disclosure of existing ongoing roles or client work
  • Work part-time, approximately 20 hours per week
  • Work fully remotely from the candidate's own location in the Philippines
  • Working knowledge of Google Ads and paid social is a bonus
