Key responsibilities & impact

Researching and evaluating AI tools applicable to legal practice operations (e.g. document automation, AI agents)
Building and maintaining workflow automations using tools such as Make.com, Zapier or similar platforms
Supporting integration and optimisation of ActionStep and NetDocuments
Identifying inefficiencies in existing processes and proposing practical solutions
Producing internal reports and dashboards to support practice management decisions
Providing general technology support and troubleshooting across the team's software stack
Managing ad hoc research and project coordination tasks assigned by the principal
Supporting legal assistant functions during quiet periods (document preparation, file management, data entry)

Strong initiative - you bring solutions, not just updates
Demonstrable experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or similar) in a work context
Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n or equivalent)
Familiarity with legal or professional services practice management software (ActionStep, NetDocuments, Clio or similar preferred)
Solid English communication skills - written and verbal
Background in IT, operations, legal administration or a related field
Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects simultaneously
