Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
Complete bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations.
Maintain general ledgers and ensure accurate data entry.

Requirements

What you’ll need

2+ years of proven experience in Australian bookkeeping, ideally at an intermediate level.
Solid understanding of bookkeeping principles and general ledger maintenance.
Proficiency with cloud based accounting software such as Xero or QuickBooks.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial data.
Good communication skills when working with clients and internal teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work to deadlines.
Strong problem solving skills and willingness to learn.
Relevant bookkeeping or accounting certification is preferred.
