About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define target industries, segments, and positioning

- Build the foundation for a future BDM to execute
- Establish core marketing channels (LinkedIn, email, partnerships)
- Shift messaging from “IT support” to business outcomes
- Implement and optimise CRM (e.g. HubSpot or equivalent)
- Build visibility into pipeline, forecasting, and performance
- Create scalable processes to support growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- 2-3 years of proven experience building or scaling a B2B services business, ideally within an MSP or technology services environment.
- Strong understanding of recurring revenue models and subscription-based pricing structures.
- Experience in designing go-to-market strategies, service offerings, and commercial frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to build and implement sales processes and growth systems from the ground up.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to execute practically and drive outcomes.
- Experience working with CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot or similar) and building pipeline visibility.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams.
- High level of ownership, accountability, and initiative in a growth-focused environment.
- Ability to operate in a build phase with ambiguity and evolving priorities.
