Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, and refine product solutions across multiple product lines
Collaborate with internal teams to translate customer needs into functional product designs
Support the full product lifecycle, from ideation and prototyping through to production and continuous improvement
Work closely with technical and commercial teams to ensure products are both high-performing and market-ready
Conduct testing, validation, and quality assurance to ensure product reliability
Provide technical input into product documentation, resources, and educational materials
Assist in identifying opportunities for innovation, efficiency, and product enhancement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Background in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Environmental, or similar)
Experience in product development, design, or technical engineering roles
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured, systems-thinking approach
Ability to balance technical detail with practical, user-focused outcomes
Comfortable working in a hands-on, cross-functional environment
Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Proficiency in SolidWorks is a must-have skill
Nice to Have
Experience in building products, water systems, plumbing, or environmental solutions
Exposure to manufacturing processes or product commercialisation
Familiarity with CAD or product design tools
