Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provides administrative and compliance support to the People and Culture function
  • Focuses on documentation, coordination, reporting, and process execution
  • Ensures all people processes are completed accurately and on time
  • Coordinates recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews
  • Maintains recruitment trackers and provides regular status updates
  • Supports immigration processing and compliance tracking
  • Assists in payroll administration support

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Postgraduate qualification in Human Resources or Employment Relations
  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR or recruitment administration.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
  • Sound understanding of confidentiality and compliance obligations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven ability to prioritise and manage multiple deadlines effectively.
  • Experience supporting payroll processing.
  • Experience with Employment Hero or similar HR/payroll systems.
  • Exposure to WorkCover or immigration coordination.
  • Understanding of industrial awards or Enterprise Bargaining Agreements.
  • Experience working in a multi-site organisation.
  • Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach.
  • Strong organisation and time management and attention to detail skills.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new systems and processes.
  • Positive interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Initiative to identify and resolve issues.
