Manage support tickets end-to-end
Communicate with clients, and collaborate with internal teams and vendors when needed
Support system migrations and implementations
Manage multiple priorities
Document technical solutions
Deliver high-quality customer service, including night shift coverage as required

Requirements

Minimum a bachelor's degree in computer science or related technology
Minimum of 4 years of relevant IT support or systems engineering experience
Successfully completed at least 25 technical projects (implementation, migration, or support-related)
Excellent communication skills in written and spoken English is a must.
Excellent customer service.
Focused and process drive window professional service experience
Experience with an office setting it up & involved with migration projects
Agreed to work on the night shift
