About the role
- Provide admin and finance support including invoicing and payroll processing.
- Handle KPI tracking and performance metrics for the team.
- Manage customer reminders and follow-ups via Mechanic Desk.
- Schedule social media and update website content.
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years experience in a similar admin, coordinator, or operations support role.
- Strong English communication skills — written and verbal.
- Comfortable working across multiple systems and learning new tools quickly.
- Experience with Xero or similar accounting software (desirable).
- Experience with WordPress or website content management.
- SEO basics — updating meta descriptions, keywords, page content.
- Canva and basic social media experience.
- Bookkeeping or accounts experience beyond basic data entry.
- Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-managed — you own your tasks.
- Available to overlap with NZ business hours for key check-ins.
