Build and maintain small-to-medium websites using Webflow
Implement UI designs while applying UX best practices
Translate briefs and wireframes into polished, responsive websites
Ensure websites meet SEO and performance best practices, including PageSpeed optimisation
Collaborate with consultants and designers on creative executions
Support delivery of digital assets such as social media graphics and campaign materials

Requirements

Proven experience **designing and building websites in Webflow** (core requirement)
Strong design capability with the ability to create original layouts, not just adapt existing ones
Working knowledge of WordPress
Strong proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools
Solid understanding of on-site SEO best practices
Familiarity with technical concepts including caching, CDNs, image and asset optimisation, and DNS/domain management
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
Ability to create creative assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
Video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus
