About the role

  • Maintain custom objects, fields, page layouts and record types.
  • Maintain validation rules, picklists, assignment rules and permission sets.
  • Manage Flows, Visualforce pages and basic automation.
  • Create and update reports and dashboards for multiple business units.
  • Support data uploads and data cleansing activities.
  • Troubleshoot errors and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Manage basic Apex triggers and code reviews (with escalation path if required).
  • Maintain sandbox environments and assist with change management.
  • Document configuration changes and maintain admin log.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of Salesforce Administration experience.
  • Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) preferred.
  • Experience with Flows, Visualforce and validation rules.
  • Strong understanding of report types and dashboard design.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
  • Nice to Have:
  • Experience with highly customised Salesforce orgs.
  • Exposure to multi-business unit or multi-brand environments.
  • Familiarity with integration tools (Make.com, Zapier, etc.).
  • SOQL query knowledge.
  • Basic Apex knowledge.
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Ability to self-learn and document system knowledge.
  • Problem solving mindset and willingness to explore solutions.
