About the role
- Support team across multiple accounts, working on brand identity, campaign creative, and day-to-day design needs.
- Collaborate daily with Sydney teams and contribute to projects for Australian fashion, beauty, and retail brands.
- Design and develop creative assets across digital, social, brand identity, campaigns, and retail.
- Execute high-quality, on-brand creative across multiple client accounts.
- Translate strategic and creative direction into polished, visually compelling designs.
- Support art direction for campaign rollouts, photoshoots, and brand guidelines.
- Stay across global cultural, fashion, and lifestyle trends to inform design choices.
- Work closely with creative directors, designers, and producers to deliver on time and to the highest standard.
- Report to Creative Director and align work with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM AEST).
Requirements
- 3–5 years’ experience in design within an agency, studio, or brand environment.
- Outstanding taste and design intuition, with a strong portfolio showcasing branding, campaign, and digital/social work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
- Strong skills in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience with motion graphics (After Effects or similar) is a plus.
- Culturally aware and inspired by fashion, beauty, and lifestyle aesthetics.
- Ability to work remotely with excellent communication and time management.
