About the role
- Build and maintain small-to-medium websites using Webflow
- Implement UI designs while applying UX best practices
- Translate briefs and wireframes into polished, responsive websites
- Ensure websites meet SEO and performance best practices, including PageSpeed optimisation
- Collaborate with consultants and designers on creative executions
- Support delivery of digital assets such as social media graphics and campaign materials
Requirements
- Proven experience building websites using Webflow (core requirement)
- Working knowledge of WordPress
- Strong proficiency in Figma and other prototyping tools
- Understanding of on-site SEO best practices
- Familiarity with technical concepts such as:
- - Caching and CDNs
- - Image and asset optimisation
- - DNS and domain management
- Experience using Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics
- Ability to create creative assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite
- Video editing or motion graphics experience is a plus
