About the role
- Promote FHIA Remodeling's products and services to prospective and existing clients in in-store retail marketing campaigns, events, and tradeshows
- Deliver engaging sales presentations face to face, focusing on product quality, installation, and customer care
- Engage customers in high-traffic retail environments (e.g., Costco, Home Depot) and introduce/sell services
- Drive leads and sales through in-store engagement and demonstrations
- Use role as a stepping stone into sales or management positions based on performance
- Adhere to scheduled shifts (weekends and weekday shifts 10am–6pm or 11am–7pm) and attend training at the Tampa office as needed
- Work as W2 employee on-site throughout Hillsborough and Pinellas counties
Requirements
- Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-motivated, and ambitious outlook to succeed in a performance-driven environment
- Ability to speak publicly with confidence
- Naturally outgoing and well-spoken individual who thrives in human interaction
- Bilingual skills in English and Spanish - a plus!
- Scheduling availability: Sat and/or Sun, and weekdays 10am to 6pm or 11am to 7pm
- Legally authorized to work in the United States (required)
- Will you now or in the future require sponsorship for employment visa status (applicants must answer)
- Reliable transportation to get to and from work each day
- Regular access to a smartphone with internet connection
- Comfortable working in a high-traffic retail setting and standing for long periods
- Comfortable with commission or performance-based pay
- Willing to submit to a post-offer, pre-employment background check
- Availability to work weekends, if required
