About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take inbound calls from customers or restaurants
- Make outbound follow-up calls regarding acknowledgement errors
- Manage incoming email- or text-generated tickets through the CRM portal
- Return calls for voicemails that generate tickets
- Perform minor troubleshooting of product or service problems
- Route calls and tickets to appropriate channels when necessary
- Facilitate and document accurate correspondence between restaurants and customers
- Perform miscellaneous clerical duties
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English
- Fluent in Mandarin
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Efficient operation of a computer in a Windows-based environment
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship, now or in the future
- Call center experience is a plus
- Food industry experience is a plus
- Self-directed and self-motivated
