About the role

  • Analyze ecommerce funnels end-to-end to identify friction points and optimize
  • Own customer journey mapping, usability analysis, and qualitative research to surface pain points and opportunities
  • Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for a consumer facing product, driving consumer engagement and business impact
  • Partner with engineering to deliver innovative, high-quality features
  • Use customer insights, data, and market trends to inform product decisions
  • Balance speed and quality, making bold decisions when needed while ensuring execution excellence
  • Define clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and track progress against them to ensure measurable outcomes
  • Experiment rapidly—hypothesize, test, learn, and iterate
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities and keep the product competitive
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and capabilities based on customers’ needs and business goals
  • Provide education and guidance to internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment on product capabilities and value propositions

Requirements

  • 5+ years of product management experience
  • Strong track record of building and launching innovative products in fast-paced environments
  • Customer-centric mindset - Deep empathy for users and ability to translate insights into product features
  • Experience with user research, feedback loops, and customer journey mapping
  • Data-driven decision making - Proficient in setting measurable goals (OKRs, KPIs)
  • Skilled at using product analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), experimentation (A/B testing) to drive decisions
  • Execution excellence - Proven track record of shipping successful products
  • Strong prioritization skills and knowing what to build and what not to build
  • Collaboration & influence - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations
  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional teams.
