About the role
- Analyze ecommerce funnels end-to-end to identify friction points and optimize
- Own customer journey mapping, usability analysis, and qualitative research to surface pain points and opportunities
- Define and maintain a strategic roadmap for a consumer facing product, driving consumer engagement and business impact
- Partner with engineering to deliver innovative, high-quality features
- Use customer insights, data, and market trends to inform product decisions
- Balance speed and quality, making bold decisions when needed while ensuring execution excellence
- Define clear Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), and track progress against them to ensure measurable outcomes
- Experiment rapidly—hypothesize, test, learn, and iterate
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities and keep the product competitive
- Collaborate with stakeholders to prioritize features and capabilities based on customers’ needs and business goals
- Provide education and guidance to internal teams, including sales, product marketing, and customer success, ensuring alignment on product capabilities and value propositions
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Strong track record of building and launching innovative products in fast-paced environments
- Customer-centric mindset - Deep empathy for users and ability to translate insights into product features
- Experience with user research, feedback loops, and customer journey mapping
- Data-driven decision making - Proficient in setting measurable goals (OKRs, KPIs)
- Skilled at using product analytics (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.), experimentation (A/B testing) to drive decisions
- Execution excellence - Proven track record of shipping successful products
- Strong prioritization skills and knowing what to build and what not to build
- Collaboration & influence - Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and operations
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence, align, and inspire cross-functional teams.
