About the role

  • Develop an understanding of HungerRush's products and services and how our solutions address the business needs of the restaurant industry
  • Articulate clearly and powerfully the value of our solutions, including positive points of differentiation and ways to overcome customer objections
  • Build, manage and execute on a multi-unit territory plan, to be defined by your manager
  • Augment marketing campaigns with personal prospecting and outbound lead generation activities (cold calling, networking, outbound marketing, and other methods)
  • Call into a defined market and build a pipeline of HungerRush prospects
  • Manage the full solution process/sales cycle from Lead Development to Discovery to Proposal to Close
  • Leverage Salesforce to track and manage all sales activity and customer interactions
  • Understand the competitive environment in your market to differentiate our offering
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure a great customer experience

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven SaaS sales experience selling into medium to large customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage and win with various personality types
  • Entrepreneurial mindset to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Experience using Salesforce as a CRM
  • Experience using different lead generation technologies
  • Experience successfully winning deals involving multiple stakeholders and agendas
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
  • Ability to communicate and collaborate with internal management and other company personnel
  • Desire to receive constructive feedback and make improvements
