Sales Representative
Humulus Lupulus DentSales Representative responsible for product sales through account calls and event support in San Antonio. Establishing retail relationships and executing sales initiatives for Real Ale Brewing and Real Spirits Distilling.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- The primary responsibility of the Sales Representative is product sales through account calls at retail and event support.
- This includes, but is not limited to, conducting retail sales calls to maintain and grow the Real Ale and Real Spirits account base, merchandising, executing on and off premise promotions, and supporting events at the brewery and overall sales team goals.
- Effectively and efficiently establish relationships with new and existing retail accounts in your territory through in person account calls.
- Execute a minimum of 200+ sales calls per month.
- Meet monthly activity requirements for on-premise promotions and off-premise sampling.
- Grow distribution and volume sales, sell in displays, conduct staff training, and execute POS placements in retail accounts.
- Schedule, organize, and attend Community Support Events in order to promote RABC and RSDC.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Must reside in the market territory
- Must provide space to function as a home office
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age
- Must be able to drive long distances regularly and have a modern functioning vehicle
- Have a valid driver license without any alcohol related offenses
- Must be able to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly, and able to stand/walk during events
- Must be able to travel to outlying areas, as needed, and spend nights away
- Must maintain current TABC server certification
- Support and adhere to all plant safety policies and procedures, including GMPs when at the brewery
- Adhere to company policies
- Assist with special events at the brewery
