Key responsibilities & impact

Support day-to-day stability and continuous improvement in Epic’s HIM Coding application.
Triage and resolve incoming tickets: clarify the issue, reproduce it, determine urgency/impact, and move it through to resolution.
Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build, identifying root cause, and implementing safe, well-tested fixes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Current Epic certifications in HIM Coding
Minimum of 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work end-to-end—problem solving, requirements gathering, testing, and solution implementation.
Deep specialization in HIM Coding and interest in growing into broader areas within Epic.
Strong problem-solving skills
Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs
Strong written and verbal communication
