About the role
- Act as an extension of a client’s Epic team, supporting day-to-day stability and continuous improvement
- Triage and resolve incoming tickets
- Handle break-fix work by troubleshooting workflows/build
- Deliver small optimization projects that improve reliability
- Communicate clearly and consistently with client stakeholders and internal teammates
- For Senior roles: lead more ambiguous troubleshooting and drive prioritization.
Requirements
- Current Epic certification in Professional Billing, Claims, and/or PB Contracts
- Epic Analyst: a minimum of 2+ years delivering scoped analyst work end-to-end
- Senior Epic Analyst: a minimum of 4–5+ years independently delivering analyst work
- Senior Epic Consultant: a minimum of 4–5+ years independently delivering as a consultant
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Comfort working across systems, data, and stakeholder inputs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- A quality-first mindset
